1.Conditions of Sale:
Seller guarantees that at the time of sale, the puppy is in excellent health to the seller’s awareness. The puppy has had dew claws removed, dewormed, vaccinated, and vet checked. The Seller will provide the Buyer with a health record for the puppy and recommendations for future needed vaccinations.
Seller warranties the puppy against any life threatening Genetic Diseases until the puppy is 1 year old, as long as the Buyer follows all required recommendations from Seller and Vet. Seller will provide Buyer with a replacement puppy from another litter or reimburse buyer the purchase price of the puppy, if it is determined that the puppy had a genetic disease and the Buyer followed all recommendations given.
Buyer agrees to surrender dog to Seller, if it becomes necessary at any point during the dogs life to surrender the dog. The Seller must be the first contact if the Buyer can no longer keep the dog.
Seller is not liable to the Buyer or to any Third Party for any consequential, incidental, or damages resulting from or in any manner related to the dog.
Upon executions of this contract all veterinary care and its associated costs are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Buyer.
Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a Practicing Licensed Veterinarian within Three (3) days after purchasing puppy. Proof of examination(hard copy) must be snail mailed to the Seller within Fourteen (14) days after purchase or health warranty contract is void. Buyer agrees to have the puppy/dog occupy the inside of their residence and not the outside, as in a dog pen or dog house, unless it is for temporary containment.
2.Maintenance: Buyer agrees to spay/neuter puppy at 6 months of age or no later than 6.5 months. The cost of services is the buyers responsibility. Proof from vet must be sent in hard copy to seller or contract is void.
Buyer agrees to maintain this puppy in good health and provide routine preventative care for life of the dog. This includes, but not limited to, Vaccinations, Internal and External Parasites. Heartworm, Flea and Tick prevention and any other recommended medications the Veterinarian feels is needed.Vet records must be provided to the Breeder/Seller to be covered by warranty.
Buyer agrees to exercise puppy/dog on a regular basis.
Buyer agrees to feed the puppy premium vet recommended dog food. Buyer agrees to maintain a proper weight as recommended by their vet.
Buyer agrees to groom and maintain the dog’s coat.
If any of the preventative care above has not been provided, the health warranty will be void.
3. Final Agreement:
Both Buyer and Seller agree that this Agreement represents the entire Agreement between them and that no other representations have been made regarding the puppy described in the contract.
